Name:Leadership in Stigma Reduction 2016

The "Leadership for Stigma Reduction Programme" is a 9-month programme based in South Africa jointly offered by the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC), the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), Hivos and the Centre for Sexualities, AIDS and Gender at the University of Pretoria.

The programme is designed to support new leaders to develop and implement innovative and effective approaches to reduce HIV and other health-related stigma and discrimination directed at two sectors of society: Sexual and Gender Minorities as well as Sex Workers. Programme outcomes will enhance the ability of members from these communities to seek and receive relevant health care and other services in accordance with their rights. This document offers a profile each of the 2016 Leadership in Stigma Reduction Fellows.
